Must be a Lebanese citizen, resident or expatriate, over 21 years.
By the end of the loan period, age should not exceed 64.
Amount: Minimum USD 75,000 with no Maximum.
IBL BANK will finance up to 75% of the evaluation price.
Repayment Period: Up to 30 years.
Variable Interest Rate: Beirut Reference Rate (BRR) + 1%
