Therefore, following the global measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and in line with the Council of Ministers’ decision and the recommendations of the Association of Banks in Lebanon, IBL Bank would like to inform all customers that, in order to ensure business continuity:

1- The Bank will dedicate 7 selected branches to process necessary and urgent corporate business transactions (LC, LG, Swift, Payroll processing, BDL Circular Imports, etc.). These branches will receive corporate representatives, only and strictly on appointment basis, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Branches are:

2- Cash withdrawals can be processed only through our ATMs in Lebanese pounds.

3- Personal Banking transactions and requests will be processed through our usual ATM network, as well as through our Online and Mobile Banking channels.

4- Our Call Center will be available as usual, to answer all your inquiries on 04-727244. Separately, the Bank’s Head Office will provide necessary support through the presence of key personnel in selected departments.
